Return / Refund
9. What is your return or refund policy?
Our return and refund policy allows you to return products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied with, unless you have experienced an allergic reaction to the product.
All returned products should be intact and within its original packaging and then sent to our warehouse in the Oude Meer (The Netherlands).

17. Why can I trust you with my order?
Originally founded in the UK back in 2007, as a company we have served our clients since then as a trusted nutritional partner and supplement webshop. As a company we are proud to be licensed as B-Corp and additionally hold the Planet Mark certification to demonstrate our way of work.
18. Where’s your company located?
Our company’s head office is near Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Watergang to be exact), with our main warehouse located in Oude Meer (near Schiphol Airport). We also have a regional office in Taipei. For more information please refer to our About Us page.
