Iron Extra™ contains iron and additional herbal and vitamin support to help improve absorption. It offers the more gentle forms of iron, including ferrous fumarate which is less constipating and will not cause stomach upset. The botanicals included in this formulation also help maintain iron stores naturally. Vitamin C contributes to absorption, whilst vitamins B12 and folate help maintain healthy red blood cells.
